Restaurant and Lounge Manager
We are seeking an experienced restaurant and lounge manager to lead our front-of-house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, including supervising servers, bartenders, and hostesses
- Ensure exceptional customer service by providing personalized attention to guests and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for front-of-house staff
- Monitor sales and revenue goals and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant and lounge
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or lounge management, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of local health codes and regulations
