Bartender
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting creative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Create classic and contemporary cocktails using various techniques and tools
- Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere at the bar
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and responsibly serve alcohol
Requirements:
- Certified with 5+ years of experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or lounge setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of local alcohol service regulations
