We are seeking an experienced chef who specializes in both African and American cuisine to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious and innovative dishes that blend traditional flavors with modern twists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute menu items that showcase African and American cuisine
  • Maintain high-quality food standards and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ordering supplies
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or lounge setting
  • Strong knowledge of African and American cuisine
